We contacted them and another installer came out and did a super job. He basically had to redo it. He did and it came out great. "Process began with a visit from Rob Rowe who was very punctual and knowledgable about available products.  He provided an initial estimate and then my wife and i decided on a more elaborate window design that was going to be much more costly and out of our budget.  Rob negotiated a bit with his supplier, worked with us and we were able to meet in the middle on price.
The installation was completed in a couple of days by Javier and his crew.  When we found some cracking in the stucco patch work they did around one of our doors, Javier returned to complete the work to our satisfaction.  Later, we asked Javier to return to fine tune the doors a bit so they would lock more smoothly and securely and he came right over to handle it.  
We've been very happy with the doors so far and appreciate knowing that they are guaranteed for as long as we own our home.
I would definitely recommend SGK to others looking for a reliable window and door company.

"First off, Sid was available to work on the weekend, and in my case, that meant I did not have to take time off work for the visit. Sid installed two drapery rods above sliding glass doors and two above windows, all in the same room. He paid attention to detail as well as to exactly what I wanted. One of the sliding glass doors is adjacent to a window and I wanted the rods to look like there are continuous. Sid made sure they were level, perfectly aligned, and touching. He also patched several holes in my walls and ceiling, some large. He redid one of the patches because he felt it wasn't done right the first time. Then he gave me a break on the price to compensate for the job taking longer than it could have. One of the old drapery rods he took down was 14 feet long and I was worried that the garbage company would not collect it because of the size. Sid cut it down into several chunks for me so I could easily dispose of it. He did all this cheerfully. He showed up on time and was tidy. All in all, a very positive experience.
