"The team was amazing! We had an old deck in our backyard and we hired Palm Construction to replace and extend it and they did a great work! "Unreliable. He gave an offer and I prepared a draft contract. He asked for changes and clarifications. Changes to extend time frame from 60 to 90 days accepted and clarifications provided. Even include an extra 30 days as buffer. The only thing left was to sign a contract. Doesn't respond to messages or phone calls. Looks like a nice and knowledgeable person, but doesn't like to be held responsible for the work and timings."
