Prices are fair, communication is great and overall service is excellent. I don’t hesitate to use Proficient Plumbing when I need them, and neither should you."

"The owner Barry was very helpful with numerous phone calls back and forth but the position of the water supply on the floor of a slab inside the smart toilet's footprint increased the price beyond two thousand dollars and not worth the headache of jack hammering our floor to move the supply line."

"He was very professional and installed a Navien brand tankless water heater. The crew was courteous, friendly and clean. I will use them again for all future needs."

"Everyone at Arctic Air is polite and professional! They take the time to answer all your questions, any time you have one. I highly recommend this company. PS: they also installed a hole house tankless water heater in my house. They did a terrific job on that also."

They did the the entire job with only one access hole through the garage. No sheet rock or Spackle repair. They even saved me money regarding my attic fan. "When we were short on hot water and our furnace was on the way out, I contacted the The SaveGreen Project. They provided a list of contractors, and after numerous calls finally got through to a contractor that understood the program. Greg thoroughly explained the process, and even walked me the process, guiding us through from initial application process to final walkthrough. When Greg came out to assess our situation, he was very professional and extremely honest. He offers the best prices and uses high quality brands. His experience speaks for itself, he was the only contractor who told us we can install a tankless water heater. Additionally, he was able to help us with our failing furnace and provided one of the top systems for an extremely reasonable price. His staff is professional and clean. They put cover grip cloths to protect the floors, and were very careful when handling the equipment. Before installing the furnace and air purifier he performed a full duct cleaning. His staff was nothing short of excellent; they team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the results speak for themselves. The level of communication speaks for itself, any questions or concerns we had Greg took the time to address and ensure we were completely satisfied. For anyone in need of plumbing, electrical work, or for any HVAC service, I highly recommend Greg and his team."

"Rob from Mr Fix It was fantastic. Very professional and was able to diagnose and fix my water heater thank you for your help"

"Chris corrected and water heating problem which was misdiagnosed by a tech from NJR home services. Their tech (NJR) never actually worked and in hindsight looks to me was only trying to get me to buy a new heating unit. Thank you Chris Walton for a great job."

"It went well. The job was performed thoroughly. I have great confidence in Mike D. From what I observed, he and the young man who accompanied him to help, work well together. They explained what they were doing. They noticed a slow leak in a valve on the hot water tank which they replaced. I have a service contract with them for both appliances."
