The rep even offered to loan us 2 window air conditioning units free, because our unit had to be replaced in the middle of a heat wave and it would be a few days until they could replace ours. (We did not take advantage of this offer, as we were going to be out of town anyway in the interim.)"

Earl was so accommodating and made sure to come the next day after I called him, all for a reasonable price. Can't beat that! Then Earl hung a new hanging light fixture in my double entry foyer. It was difficult to find a ladder to reach that high and Earl looked all around the greater Baltimore Annapolis area to find one. After the chimney inspection, Tommy outlined the repairs that needed to be done to make my fireplace usable. He recommended vent-free gas logs rather than burning wood as it would be a safer method to use with this fireplace. He also suggested where to look for the gas logs to get the best price and who to call for installation. He was friendly but very professional.
