"First time remodeling in our house, so didn't know what to expect. Everyone was very professional, punctual and always made sure I was updated with progress. We had a pretty significant leak from the shower, to the point where it rotted some wood in the floor. Adam and his dad and brother, pinpointed the leak and fixed it. We had a vanity made by my father in law and it wasn't quite done when it needed to be. Adam said no problem. The tile work in the shower turned out beautiful. The floor went from linoleum to tile and is equally as gorgeous. I am jealous we did the kids bathroom first! We had an issue with a different type of leak near the completion of the project, but Adam and his dad assured us it was not the same as the previous leak and kept trouble shooting until it was resolved. And we haven't had any leaks since! Then, after our cold December, I noticed some of the grout cracking. I called Adam and he came out to assess it within in days. He fixed it and made sure to let me know if we had any other issues we can call. Was so impressed that he made time for us when it had been 2-3 months since the job was finished and I'm quite sure they are busy. Will definitely be using them we we do the master bathroom!"

"We first learned of Chris and Island View Builders through Smith Building Specialities. We needed to replace original exterior doors in windows in a 40 year old home and were checking out the Anderson products at Smiths. Trey gave us Chris' contact information to seek additional help with the selection and installation process. We then checked the reviews on Angie's list and gave Chris a call. He was prompt and extremely helpful in determining what we would need and provided several options and costings. We also had to work around some tight work and travel schedules and Chris' flexibility was greatly appreciated. Materials were delivered on 6 January and work began promptly the very next day. Despite the fact that this turned out to be an extremely frigid weather period, the Island View Builders teams put in non-stop, full days to remove all the old windows and doors, reinstall new energy efficient products, custom cut and paint new indoor trims and rehang all window treatments. The job posed some challenges as the brick home required the windows to fit the openings appropriately on the outside and thus required some tailored builds and adjustments made on the inside. The net result is beautiful! The house has so much more light and yet is so much tighter and secure. And we can actually open the windows now! Besides being very efficient and professional, the teams also did a terrific job of cleaning up at the end of each day. We will definitely seek out Island View Builders for future home remodeling and repair projects and highly recommend them.
