"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

I would definitely hire Mike again. (He loves his work, so be prepared for a lot of information and longer than average installation times. (Our 36 pieces of film took an entire day.) "Guessing he was pre occupied .. after only 1 week the tint started to peel and bubble. His cuts are off,misaligned to the window and just overall crappy workmanship. Both driver and passengers side windows bubbled and peeled. My sliding rear window isnt close to being right (uneven and misaligned cuts) He wont answer calls now. I brought the truck back snf paid him extra to fix it. (Big mistake) The work looks rushed and unprofessional. Totally disappointed and discouraged as ill have to pay someone to redo his horrible work... Stay away from this guy and his services."

"We had Gulf Coast Shutters provide us with grommet system hurricane screens for our first floor windows and hemcord system panels for our second story windows. The estimate and installation process went very smoothly. The installers were experienced, and very professional (thanks, Danny and Devin!), and made sure we completely understood how to put up our screens and panels. We would do business with Gulf Coast Shutters again but fully expect that we're good for the hurricane season now."

"This is my 4th car I've had done there and I've referred several friends. Got bubbles on the back glass so I took it up there with my lifetime warranty paperwork and he said I'll call you within the hour to get you on the books.....no call. I called two weeks later and asked about it and he said I can get you in but it will be (I think 6 weeks) so I said okay. Night before my appointment a text to cancel. I said okay, what's the soonest you can get me back on the books. This went on for 3-4 more weeks, I stopped by a second time, promises to get me on the books but then nothing. I finally texted and said if you don't plan to uphold your warranty work then just tell me so I can pay someone else to do it. Crickets. I opened a BBB case and they also don't respond to them. I guess if you don't ever get a bunch of bubbles in your tint then you might be okay going here but if you plan on using any warranty they won't do the "free" work for you. And if I get a response to the review saying anything other than all of what I put in here is factual and true then I'll post this review on every other site that I can find and post the entire text thread that shows you gave me the runaround for months and then ignored me. Terrible, crooked people running this shop now."
