We appreciated that he gave us options and let US decide if we wanted to spend a little more or go a more economical route. Second, the communication, before, during and after the install was exceptional. They kept us in the loop and they responded quickly to any calls we made to them. Third, the installation went smoothly and quickly. They had a process and routine that enabled them to do the install with little "waiting around" time. "They assured me it would be done and they would send me the proof immediately. I didn't get the proof so I called and got it two days later. We approved it immediately and asked if we could pick them up the night before and she said yes that she would call me when they were ready. I never received a call and when I got there the day of the event. They were NOT done. She argued that they were not supposed to be ready until Wednesday and then it dawned on her that it actually was Wednesday! She said she would quickly get them done and call us when they were ready. She never called and I sent someone back in an hour and they were finally done and ready to go but wanted to blame me for not giving her enough time to do the work! <br />Needless to say although the work was quality the extra stress and delay created unnecessary grief and stress, then being given an attitude was un call for! <br />"
