"TO OFTEN PEOPLE ARE TOO QUICK TO COMPLAIN AND NOT TO PRAISE. WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT MAJOR HOMES EXCEPT THAT THEIR WORK WAS GREAT, QUICK AND EFFICIENT, AND EXTREMELY NEAT. ANTHONY TOLD ME THE JOB WOULD TAKE ABOUT FOUR HOURS AND THATâ  S EXCACTLY WHAT IT TOOK. ANTONY, THE PROJECT MANAGER WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING, REALLY KNEW HIS STUFF, HELPED ME TO INSTALL MY RING DOORBELL AND MY NEW MAILBOX AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. HIS CREW WAS NICE, POLITE AND WORKED EXTREMELY HARD IN THE SWELTERING HEAT. "The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."
