Ten years ago, they remodeled our primary bathroom and powder room, which included a garden tub to huge walk in shower conversion, solid wood built in custom cabinets, and granite countertops. They just finished remodeling both of our upstairs bathrooms including tubs, tile, and countertops, as well as replacement of a damaged kitchen cabinet. My primary bathroom and powder room are ten years old but look brand new. No issues whatsoever. Still absolutely beautiful after ten years of daily use. Lori Godre sends daily status emails letting you know who and what to expect. They were always on time and did exactly what they said they’d do. They also clean up and haul off debris everyday. Everyone is extremely nice and easy to work with. Remodel Specialists previously had their showroom and cabinet shop on Spring Cypress. Don’t stop by this location. They have moved to a new location a couple of miles away. Obviously we’re very happy with the work Remodel Specialists has done for us. They do high quality work for a fair price. "We had all our floors replaced with carpet, tile and/or engineered flooring. The entrance outside of our front entry was replaced with shale.  A tankless water heater was installed.  The old water heater was in an unfinished closet was converted into a linen closet.  We also had electrical outlets added in the living room and master bath.  
 
The kitchen cabinets were refinished along with hardware and under cabinet lighting added.  Countertops and backsplash replaced with granite.  New faucet, sink and cooktop/microwave installed.  Both baths were tiled and countertops replaced with granite. Granite was also installed on the top of a wall divider in guest bath and in front of the whirlpool tub & window ledge in the master bath.  New faucets, sinks, hardware and lighting were installed.  During the remodel of the master bath shower, extra space was found behind the current shower stall.  This was because the original shower was built around the size of a standard shower pan.  DE made the shower larger and added a seat with a matching granite top, glass doors and replaced the shower light with a fan/light combination."

We originally called them to have our flaking bathtub refinished, they advised us that the tile should be refinished as well and the price of $500 to do the whole thing was great. When they finished we explained that we were looking for professionals to repair and repaint or deck, and replace our fence as well. They split the jobs into two separate jobs and gave us a great price on each. We now have a wonderful new fence, a nice deck and a working bathtub."

"Preface.. the wife wanted new counters but didn't want to be without  sinks, so to save the marriage, I asked Roberto if he could coordinate my project in 2 phases, downstairs and up.

Roberto fabricated all countertops at his plant. While this was going on I had the downstairs bathrooms and bar demolished and had new cabinets built and installed. When the downstairs cabinets were completed, Roberto's crew delivered all counters and completed the downstairs installation of the 3 single countertops and the Bar. (They stored the double sink on site for subsequent installation)

I had the upstairs bath cabinets and counters demolished, had the cabinets built and installed, and about 2 weeks  later Roberto's crew returned to install the upstairs double sink.

His crew was very professional, clean, and took less than a day for each portion of the project. I am still happily married!

"Estimate, planning and execution were good, and the crew worked well to make it least disturbing to us during the work time. Pricing is not the lowest but more in the mid range. Laminate brands listed on their website are not what are offered actually, which surprised us. They primarily use local brands, and the finished work looks very good and much like real wood. Follow up has been just okay, as the checkup after the.job was completed hasn’t happened yet after two months. Maybe too busy with new projects. Will wait and see for their follow up call."
