"The inside of my house, which is four years old, was finished mostly during the winter months.  That meant the furnace was running while the drywall was being sanded and during other heavy interior construction.  Because of extreme ongoing dust issues, I suspected that a lot of drywall powder and other debris had wound up in the HVAC ducts. I was right -- Darrin and his partner vacuumed a huge volume of gunk from the ductwork, plus they cleaned the furnace itself.  (Troubling to think that those in the house had been breathing this stuff.)  You can literally smell the difference. <br /> As the other reviewers have noted, Darrin and his partner were absolutely professional and courteous in every respect.  He showed me was he was doing every step of the way, leaving me confident that no one could've done a better job.  It's important to mention that  his equipment was up to the task; it takes a lot of power and suction to reach all stretches of ductwork that goes completely across a  large ranch-style house.  Plus, most of it is drywalled over in a finished basement, and accessible only from the furnace room.  So he had to go a long way to reach some spots.  The smaller systems of some other companies simply couldn't have done the job.  These gentlemen have my strongest endorsement.  There's a reason for their perfect record of glowing reviews here. <br />"

The only issue was that the weather didn't always cooperate and we did delay waiting on inspections. No-fault of Premier. My wife and I were hoping that his work would make up for the initial lack of professionalism and it did. ...And then some! He and his crew went above and beyond what we expected. His crew was polite and worked hard. He had them paying attention to every little detail whether it was repairing some siding, gutter or fascia, caulking every little hole/seam or the painting itself. I'm guessing his guys are detail oriented anyway. Honestly, look for a 'greenish' house on N. 127th street between Ogden and Ellison streets, east side and when you see a great looking house (that was previously half-rotted around the fascia and crappy gutters with dark and ugly paint along with some damaged siding) that was made great looking, that's us!
