"The vehical was picked and delivered within the a scheduled time, and the delivery driver was very professional. He even provided disinfectant wipes to clean the steering wheel, shifter, doors and center console. If I need another car transported I would definitely hire UFA again."

"Overall the job went very well. I normally don't take this long to leave a review, but the job was performed a few months back. At first the wrong size door was picked up, but upon trying to install realized a custom size was needed, the only negative was the amount of time it took from intital contact to installation due to all of the issues. After some talking, they were able to bring the price down a bit for me due to the inconvenience. It was installed prior to the cold weather and am noticing now that it's rubbing a bit on the frame due to the heat, but I plan on contacting soon. Overall very responsive, courteous, and professional."

"We had a difficult time getting them to return our calls to schedule the insulation, when they finally did put us on the schedule they didn't really stick to the schedule. They kept pushing us back and didn't come when they said they would but they did end up finishing by the end of that same week. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Apparently, they were having trouble with a spray gun when they were there and the worked performed was very sloppy, they missed a few spots and they also sprayed our interior shower wall completely shut so we couldn't get to the valves to hook up the water. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When we called to discuss our issues it was around 5:30 or 6 in the evening and we were impressed that both the salesman and the scheduler called us back that night to discuss our issues and assured us that they would take care of everything....and they did. The guy that came back to correct our issues did a great job and even cleaned up a lot of the sloppiness from before and made it look a lot nicer. They also cleared the spray foam from the shower valves so we could get the water lines connected. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />So, we did get off to kind of a disappointing start with them but they ended up doing everything that they said they would and definitely came back and took care of any issues that we had so because of that we would use them again and would also recommend them to others. Everyone has problems occasionally, it's how you take care of those issues that matter. <br />"

"I first called a number of contractors for estimates to do the work I wanted done. This contractor responded quickly to my call for an estimate and made an appointment to see the work to be done. Troy came to my house on a Thursday to examine exactly what I wanted done. After looking the job over and discussing details with me he told me he would have an estimate to me by the following Monday or Tuesday. Ten days later I received a call from Troy and he gave me his estimate. He apologized for not getting it to me sooner but said he just had so much work to do. I was not totally surprised by this because every other contractor I called was also late in delivering their estimate. <br /> Once we got the weather to co-operate Troy arrived at my house to do the work on the day he said he would. He had one helper with him. They got the job done swiftly and seemed to be very conscientious about their work. At one point I noticed a flaw in one of the boards they had put in place and I asked them to fix it. They did it happily without complaint removing the board and resolving my concerns. <br /> Overall I was very satisfied with the work performed. They did exactly what I wanted done. Were very willing to discuss options and gave advice without being pushy. I marked them low on punctuality only because he did not return his estimate to me within the time frame he had stated. <br /> I would definitely use Troy again for any similar type job that I needed to contract out. <br />"

"I can't say enough good things about this company, from calling to say he would be a little late because of difficulty obtaining some unusual materials needed for the job to the way the job was done. The floors were masked off before the work was started, from the front door of the house, up the stairs, and down the hall to the bedroom. The bedroom was completely masked off including the ceiling fan and light. The work was performed beyond my expectations. Isaiah is an artist at finishing ceilings and walls. When the job was completed the room was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I would recommend this company to anyone."
