"I am very pleased with the work Misael did on our bathroom renovation project. He is very precise and skilled at his craft. The project entailed ripping out an existing shower and tile walls that had been damaged by water penetration and installation of new tile and shower. The project also involved an electrician and plumber to install a fan and ductwork and to relocate the drain and replace fixtures. Photos of the completed project demonstrate the quality of Misael's work."

"They come to the house to show me samples of the products before they’re installed so ensure I am happy. The cabinets have this coating that do not allow for the stains to be etched into the materials, no stains makes cleaning them a breeze! So many different designs and very very in depth facing for the cabinets as well. The salesman was very knowledgeable, and finance was a breeze with @Enerbank. So I was extremely pleased with the process to say the least. They do offer granite and so many other amazing offerings, the backsplash selection has me in an oasis of possibilities, needless to say it was a very fun meaningful and exciting experience. I got phone calls emails and returned calls after 10AM, because I hate the 7AM calls so much! All and all please consider them as your 1 stop shop!!!"

"I don't have enough good things to say about Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable from first contact. He was able to come out the same day and give an accurate quote. He kept in contact until the day of the install. He arrived on time on the day of the install and finished promptly. He had to climb over the washer and dryer AFTER it was stacked in the closet to complete the install. Rob brought all the tools and pieces necessary and left no mess. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.  
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.
