Some room for improvement in communication between workers and supervisor to ensure they fully understand what is required. Also, Supervisor should spend more time to do a follow up at end of job to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, good job. Will consider for future work and recommend to others."

"The 9 inches of rain from remnants of Patricia gave it the ultimate test and it performed beautifully. Whereas minor rain events caused ponding before, with the new drainage there was barely any standing water even as these heavy rains were ongoing.
The sprinkler system was trickier to fix than anticipated since a previous contractor had accidentally cut the electric lines between the nozzles. Rob and his crew were able to get everything back into working order.
Tree trimming also was handled professionally, as Rob carefully identified which branches needed trimming so as to let in sufficient light for the grass while maintaining the health of the tree.
