"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"They did a great job. The house had not been touched or cleaned in several years, and there was so much debris that plants were growing on the roof and gutters. The got the areas of vinyl siding cleaned without damaging it, and the roofs looked great when they were done. The gutters were cleaned out and running well also. They showed up on time, and Gearold communicated well.

As for the people who want to arrange your install. I recieved a voice mail while grocery shopping from the installation scheduler. Listening to the VM and finding out who it was, I called back and was greeted by a man whom I found to be very short, rude, talking over me, talking AT me, and insisted I called "Them" in the morning to find out what time they were to be there to install instead of them calling me ( the customer ), letting me know a window as to what time they would arrive. I then told him ... well that's not customer service then now is it. He then said that they don't call. That's not something they do. (What?)
So, needless to say, it doesn't do any good to call and speak to a manager or owner Jim supposedly, or report to the office. They could care less if a customer had been treated unprofessionally by an employee, ( "gosh, I didn't hear anyone of my employees raise their voice....") , like surely, surely lady you must be mistaken....gosh my guys couldn't possibly be the royal "jerk" you are describing because I didn't hear anyone raise their voice....OMGosh... really? So in your eyes Mr. LLC someone must be raising their voice to be a jerk? Must be nice to have so much business that you just don't care how the hades your employees behave.

"The quote process was easy, no high pressure "buy now or the price goes up". The price was much more reasonable than other companies I got quotes from, the owner/salesman seemed very honest and delivered when he promised. When the windows arrived I noticed 1 missing on installation day, one of the bathroom windows with translucent glass was late arriving so that had to be scheduled at a later date while we waited for that one to arrive. The crew showed up when promised. They did leave some mess in the front-side yard, they forgot 3 of the screens during the demo on the side of the house and I did find lots of broken glass in the flowerbeds after they finished which I cleaned. Inside though, they thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed up their mess. Some of the caulking could have been better. The first 14 windows took 2 days, they came back later to install the bathroom window which was done in about an hour. The product itself is very nice, I purchased the vinyl, double pane, that tilted in to clean easily."

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."
