"The kitchen drain was snaked but a vent and a clean out needed to be installed. The company that did my kitchen remodel did not do a good job. After they installed a vent and clean-out the line was snaked again. A few days later I noticed Water in another part of the house. It was a leak in the main stack. It seemed that the cast iron pipe had rusted and with the snaking, it developed a hole. My house was built in the 1920?s and this was the original stack. These plumbers were able to do it all and at a great price. Much, much less than I would have paid through some of the other plumbing companies. I will use these guys again and again. Everything was explained and I saw the problems with the pipes. I was impressed that they showed up when they said they would and if they were running a little late they would call. They are able to do the job quickly and effectively. They are and A+ in my book.

"James showed up on time and got promptly to business. He checked out our hot water heater and flushed it. He then performed a walk through checking out our faucets and bathrooms for any water flow or pressure issues. James discovered that two of our baths had child proofing hardware that was preventing the water temperature from getting hot enough. "The Porcelite folks showed up on time and quickly completed the work needed.  However, there was some confusion about what cleaners could be used on the new resurfaced tub as well as the texture of the non-slip surface installed on the tub's bottom.  Porcelite quickly clarified which cleaners could be used and offered to sand down the non-slip surface to make it smoother if I so desired, which I eventually decided not to do.  Overall, good experience.

"The drain in our upstairs bathtub was clogged and it would not drain. I left a voice mail at about 8 AM, and Patrick phoned me back immediately. He arrived earlier than promised. After surveying the job, he told me it was a flat rate for the job and he went to work. He got the drain all cleared out and left the area cleaner than he found it. I know that the job was straightforward, but Patrick set himself apart from others we've hired with his courtesy and professionalism. We would definitely hire him again for plumbing work."

"We've used Constantly Running for plumbing issues such as fixture replacements and pipe leaks and have been very satisfied with work performed by James Russell, proprietor, and his staff.  We'd had them out to install a new garbage disposal and snake a slow bathtub drain.  While cleaning out the drain James discovered that there was a small hole in the drain pipe that had been covered by accumulations of debris that once removed, allowed water to drain through the hole onto the ceiling of the room below.  In conversations about the state of the bathroom in general, we'd mentioned that it was our intention at some point to have the bathroom renovated. They had to return to replace the defective portion of drain pipe and repair the ceiling of the room below and while they were working, James offered to renovate the bathroom at a price that sounded eminently reasonable.  I wasn't aware that this was a service he offered, but since we've always been impressed with his work, we decided to go ahead with the project.  At first glance if looked straight-forward, in term of removing old wall and floor tile and replacing it, as well as the tub enclosure and the vanity.  It turned out to be a larger project, as the all the walls and flooring need to be taken down to the wood frame.  The walls and flooring were replaced, and new tiles, fixtures and paint that we had chosen and purchased were installed.  The craftmanship was exemplary.  James and his staff were totally competent, eminently courteous and friendly, and the job was done in a timely manner.  The renovation turned out better than we had ever thought possible, and we are very happy to have been able to work with him, and hope to do so again with another bathroom.
