And a shower stall (only) at $15000, was NOT in my budget. I did like the description of how they install the shower unit. But I wanted more than that."

Cost is about on point with what it should be."

"I have known Elohim for about 12 years. A friend of mine gave me his name when he rehabbed her investment property. At the time he installed a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, hardwood floors and painted the whole house on the inside. She was so happy so happy with his work and he charged her less than the original, formal agreement. Soon after that I needed to install a bathroom in a large room in my home. Elohim went to work on it. It took him about a week to complete the bathroom installation. I use the place as a guest room to this day. Last summer my room was leaking. Elohim and his crew replaced the old shingles and cleaned everything up. It took them a day to do it. Last fall one of my tenants in Hanover,MD passed away. They lived in the townhouse for 15 years. Elohim and his crew cleaned everything up, installed hardwood floors, painted the place, installed a deck. I rented the place to new tenants in about 3 weeks. Elohim is a very skilled electrician and plumber. The person who would engage him would be very fortunate."

"To say it went perfect would be an understatement. We could not be more pleased with the craftmanship, the staff, the materials, and the professional construction we had done from this company. The photos of both bathrooms do not even do it justice because we can't capture the entire room with one photo. We have never had such amazing construction done by any contractor in the 32 years of home ownership, prior to this company. They do it all. Indoor, outdoor, heavy construction, light construction. "the reconstruction of the bathroom is solid. We have no structural issues. We were not thrilled with some of the finishes of products used, but apparently the contractor had not worked with the tile used or the fixtures before. We selected and provided all the products since we have done installations in other homes using them without issue. The reason for the rating lies in the follow up. They are supposed to provide a 1 year warranty. this project took 4 months and was finished in early December 2017. Shortly after we contacted them to let them know that the heated floors were not working. We simply could not set the thermostat! Turns out that between the contractor who installed the heating and the Master electrician who installed the wiring and the thermostat, no one installed the sensors which allows the floors and thermostats to work. they came and did some type of a work around since the floors had already been tiled etc. The master bedroom worked, but the hall bath never has . I contacted him in May 2018 to let him know that there was a constantly blinking red light on the thermostat which could not be turned off. He was supposed to come the next week and to date we have never seen or heard from him. We had to remove the thermostat from the wall and will pay another electrician to rewire it correctly since it clearly was not. . The 1 year warranty is over, so we do not expect to see them again."

"Last week Dimitri and his crew finished remodeling 2 of my bathrooms. I am thrilled with the results! They gutted both bathrooms down to the studs and properly rebuilt the walls with cement backer board in the showers and on the floors. These gentlemen are true artists. They painstakingly cut my 12”x24” tiles so that my niche was centered. They took their time to make sure my mosaic accent tile was smooth and even. Since the walls in my old house aren’t square, Dimitri worked his magic to make my vanities fit against the walls. In my Master bathroom, 3 walls were removed in order to enlarge my shower and overall bathroom space. They moved plumbing, set up new electrical sockets and lights, installed a new exhaust fan which vents to the outside and removed a wall in order to put in a smooth gliding pocket door. The installation of a glass frameless shower door and a glass door above the tub was perfect; the doors float along the tracks as smooth as silk. This is a family owned business. Dimitri, his two sons and another crew member came to work on time every day. Even though they worked long hours, it was apparent that they loved their job. I certainly reaped the benefits of their expertise. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling job. I will definitely call them back to remodel my third bathroom and put a composite material like Trex on my deck."
