There was significant storm damage to the upper corner vinyl siding when the main power line connection was ripped loose from a fallen tree. This work has to be coordinated with the power company for a disconnect/reconnect and Jeremy made sure the work was completely in a timely manner. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"The folks at All Exteriors were VERY good. They answered the first call to them, made an appointment and a representative arrived ahead of time to do the repair work needed. The job could have neen completed withtn three hours of my initial call but the craftsman who was doing the repair did not like the match of his available parts to what was on our home. He said they woyuld make the correct sized piece and replace it for a better appearance to our home. He was right! The repair looks great and they DID NOT charge extra for the making of the new part!"

"The provider was very impersonal. Did not reply to request for quotes. Did not do the work when requested. Cannot confirm that the entire gutter system was cleaned until weather gets better and I am able to climb a ladder. Some of the down spouts are draining and some are not which leads me to believe that the down spouts were not cleared and i expected this to be a part of the gutter cleaning. Did not get a condition report for my gutters with recommendations. Very disappointed in this contractor.

UPDATE: Contractor contacted me and explained that he was not offering the   $99.00 special any longer and said that he was trying to get Angie's List to remove this special for their listings. He was having a difficult time in getting Angie's List to comply. Anyway he told me he would reimburse me my $99.00 and he sent me a check. I changed my ratings that I had originally given the contractor. He made everything for me right. I really appreciate this. I still marked him down on Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism because of the delay it took for him to respond to my concerns. The Professionalism was marked down because of the first two."

Of course my price went up due to existing damages which increased materials and labor costs. The second project was the siding. There were water damages at the back of my house. I decided to go for putting a siding. My initial price went up again due to the damages that were discovered during the process. In the end the project was worth it, the siding was beautiful.
