"I called Mr. Barry at 9am on May 5 and asked if he could stop by to look at the 6 twelve inch tiles that were loose in our master bath. He said that he could come after lunch. He arrived at 12:30 and was ready to do the job. He had all the tools and an assistant. They went to Lowes for adhesive and grout. By 4 pm they had removed and cleaned the tile and had glued them back down. The adhesive has to cure for 24 hrs before the grout can be applied. He returned the next morning and after one hour the job was completed. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. <br />"

"The owner and his associate came within the promised time window. I scheduled them on only a few days notice, so I was glad they were able to come when they did. They took their shoes off when they entered, which was nice. I had them remove two heavy speakers and disassemble a nearly 9 foot long, 6 feet tall wall unit, move it to my new residence and reassemble it. It is not an Ikea piece, so I was sure they would be unfamiliar with it. To make things easier, I labelled the 30 or so individual pieces and demonstrated how the pieces go together. I removed the doors to the piece myself, because they required loosening adjustment screws and fiddling with the same screws on reassembly - very time consuming if you have not done it before. The two men bundled several pieces together and wrapped them in a Saran like material so they couldn't move. They blanketed larger pieces in their truck. The trip to the new residence was 3 miles. They were able to assemble pretty quickly because I had all the pieces labelled. One shelf was installed backwards, which I didn't notice until after they left. It was easily reinstalled by me and not a big deal. When they first arrived, I asked if they brought a rubber mallet. I was surprised that they had not, and I brought my rubber mallet to help with reassembly. They were not as careful as I have been when taking the unit apart and putting it back together, but no one ever is. I would definitely hire the company again. I would recommend overseeing the work so you can make suggestions on how to approach the task when needed."

"Chamberlin Washington did a fantastic job with a very challenging project.  We needed cracks repaired in our multi-colored faux stone veneer and it took us months to find a company that had any idea how to do the job correctly.  Randy (the president of the company) came out to my house and was great about explaining the best way to tackle the problem and why.  He also returned himself to repair a few cracks with different color samples to make sure we had selected the right colors before starting the job. <br /> Jose and Nelson completed the work and were fantastic from start to finish.  I felt like they treated my house as if it were their own.  They were hard working, proactive and meticulous.  They arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up at the end of each day.  I particularly appreciated their willingness to ensure that I was happy with how everything turned out.  For example, when it was necessary to rebuild individual stone squares, they worked with me to make sure that I liked the final color before putting it on the house.  I also asked them to redo several of the initial cracks - not because they were done poorly, but because they had discovered an even better way to blend in the repairs - and they did so willingly.  Before they left, Jose and Nelson asked me to make sure they had completed everything to my satisfaction.  I missed a few minor things, but Chamberlin Washington was quick to send send a team out after I called.  <br /> I was very impressed with the company's customer service from start to finish and its quality of work.  In fact, the repair of the cracks in the faux stone veneer exceeded our expectations.  I would, without hesitation, recommend Chamberlin Washington and will use them again should the need ever arise. <br /> <br /> <br />"

Needed some additional work performed the <br /> following day, and showed up on time to complete the additional work, as well.  <br /> Very contentious about completing the work to the liking of the customer, and made some adjustments to the initial scope of work <br /> in order to leave us satisfied.  <br /> We decided to buy our own materials, so Kevin started out by completing his measurements and letting us know what was needed.While we were out purchasing the materials, he busied himself in removing all of the old materials that were to be replaced so that he was ready to start installing as soon as we returned--no time wasted. His measurements were right on target, and the materials we purchased were not wasted. <br /> We were also impressed by the attention to details and professionalism in the performance of the work. They took the time <br /> to explain what needed to be done and our options (pros and cons) for getting the work completed. We then picked the options which best fit our budget. <br /> For example, our initial budget was to have the rotted trim replaced with word trimming, which was based on my <br /> non-professional opinion that from a cost perspective this would work best for us. However, after explaining the long term benefits of replacing the trim with composite materials, we chose to go with composite--even though the initial price was about double the cost of word. <br /> In the past we got quotes for the work from contractors who would only quote replacing the word with composite materials, so we had nothing to compare the pricing against.
