He worked efficiently to get the DSC security system (installed by prior owner) up and running. The monthly service fee is very economical relative to other security companies. The system is now working fine. The technician advised us of the need to get an alarm permit from the City of Austin, which we appreciated. Cost was for transmitter ($89) plus a couple of months of service pre-paid."

"I talked to the office on a Thursday.  She called me back to give me an estimate and schedule the appointment, for the following Tuesday.  After waiting a couple of hours past the appointment time and no one showed up, I called.  The owner answered the phone and was very apologetic.  His office person was in the hospital and they were having problems with their scheduling system. He said they would give me a call back with the hour and once again I waited.  After he didn't call back, I tried again (getting toward the end of the day).  The owner was again very upset.  He said they could not make it that day.  Then I explained that I needed the work done ASAP because I had other work being done that was dependent on his work.  I asked if they could come first thing the following day.  He asked for a time and I said 8:00 am.  He agreed and told me that he would give me a deep discount to make up for the mistake.  HIs employee, Miguel, showed up promptly at 8:00 the next morning and got to work immediately.  He also apologized for the mistake.  He did an excellent job, was very professional and friendly.  He cleaned up after himself and when he presented the bill, it had indeed been deeply discounted.  Later the same day, the owner again called to check that everything was satisfactory and apologize again.  The work was excellent and I really appreciated an owner who was concerned when things were not going well.  I will use this company again for the kind of work that they do.
In regard to the punctuality rating:  B seems fair since they missed the first appointment but were right on time for the second.
