"Our customer experience with them from start to finish was nothing short of AMAZING! They've been in business for 10 years, and dryer vent cleaning is all they do. Using the latest technology they can see into your entire vent area, providing you with before and after photos (which are also emailed to you). We had 2 major trouble spots (aside from the vent cleaning) and had they BOTH not been corrected , the problem would continue. Trouble spot #1, the hose connection from the dryer to the vent was causing excessive lint/dust/moisture in the room (it was replaced and properly secured). Trouble spot #2, the exterior vent had major issues and was replaced with a magnetic closure unit (much more attractive than the old outdated unit). BOTH problems resolved once and for all! In the 30 years I have owned this home, NO ONE has ever been able to get to the root cause of these issues and correct them. The air quality in the laundry room and surrounding areas has gone up 1000%.
