"The technician came out Wednesday to give me an estimate. I was surprised that it was only $75. I agreed to buy the solar screen and he took no money down. I got home from work on Friday and the solar screen was installed. I got the 90% screen and can tell it's making a big difference. These guys are the best!

"My installation looks beautiful my las bill will electric company was $700. Lucia Moore was my sales rep she followed up with us on every set and check on us constantly. Today she stop by to drop off a pecan pie. I recommend Sunpro"

"Premier Entry Systems was quick to respond to my request for an initial quote for the work.  I was impressed by their reviews on Angie's List and they exceeded my expectations.  The gentlemen who installed the garage openers and gate opener were professional and helped us to understand how to operate both.  When the solar panel failed to generate enough power to operate the gate and the clickers failed (yes we tried to reset), they were quick to fix the situation.  I was truly impressed with their level of professionalism and courtesy.  I would not hesitate to use them in future and would highly recommend them.

Difficulty completing the job in a timely manner due to scheduling and weather-related issues. Not always the fault of the provider.

However, response time was not always prompt.

Brian, the individual who actually did the work, was quite pleasant and easy to work with, and seemed eager  to please. I wish more time had been spent on nailing loose boards as several remain and I would have been quite willing to pay for any extra work. I'm not sure if Rocky  Cloninger, the owner, ever came and looked at the project himself to determine the correct cost.

"Usually, I can expect the service person to try to sell me an add-on or something extra with every visit; although, that had gotten better because I complained about that. My 10-year warranty ran out this year, so of course, I was told several things about my system to encourage me to buy a new system or spend lots of money to fix/upgrade this system. Something is wrong with that. The system that preceded the one I have was 30 years old when replaced. Service persons have always been polite and responsive; the cost is what drives me crazy."

"HR Phoenix Electric did a great. Michael Barnett was our service tech and he completed the task we needed by replacing a dining light fixture and repairing flood lights outside. He gave recommendations to other lighting project we still need to complete and we will definitely call them back."

"Replace main circuit breaker panel and associated circuit breakers."
