"I contacted the business by going by their office and warehouse and met with Les who told me he would go by my home and check the old door.  He was informative and gave me a quote at the office which never changed.  He told me that he would have a crew by home the next Thursday morning and they showed up promptly and completed the work with an hour or so.  The door looks great, works perfectly and they cleaned everything up.  I highly recommend them and will be glad to give them a reference anytime.

Difficulty completing the job in a timely manner due to scheduling and weather-related issues. Not always the fault of the provider.

However, response time was not always prompt.

Brian, the individual who actually did the work, was quite pleasant and easy to work with, and seemed eager  to please. I wish more time had been spent on nailing loose boards as several remain and I would have been quite willing to pay for any extra work. I'm not sure if Rocky  Cloninger, the owner, ever came and looked at the project himself to determine the correct cost.

"Usually, I can expect the service person to try to sell me an add-on or something extra with every visit; although, that had gotten better because I complained about that. My 10-year warranty ran out this year, so of course, I was told several things about my system to encourage me to buy a new system or spend lots of money to fix/upgrade this system. Something is wrong with that. The system that preceded the one I have was 30 years old when replaced. Service persons have always been polite and responsive; the cost is what drives me crazy."
