"We called to request Lone Star Solar Screens to come out and give us an estimate for screens for our whole home.  They were able to come out the next day to give us an estimate.  We called another provider we found on Angie's list but due to the many storms in our area the provider told us he "might" be able to come give an estimate the following week.  

Robert with Lone Star provided us an estimate broken down with prices for screens with the decorative grids and also without the grids.  He also offered to break the bid down showing the cost for only the front of the house and then back of the house in case we wanted to have the job done in phases.  

The bid was very competitive and the screens also come with a life time warranty.

Once we placed our order for the screens, we were told it would take 7 to 10 days for screens to be made then we would be called to set up installation date.  To our surprise we had our screens installed in less than a week for ordering them.  They look great, are easy to see through and make a big difference in the temperature of our den which faces west and one whole wall is windows.

We've had two other companies look at our wrought iron entry gate and had been told that it was our battery.  We replaced the battery, but continued to have problems with the gate opening.  I call Premier Entry Systems and spoke with Les and explained that it might be our solar panel.  He asked several questions and thought that could be the problem.  I asked or an approximate cost and he told me he would check and call me back.  He was quick to return the call with the cost and said he could have someone come to our house the next day.  He was informative, courteous and very helpful.

The next morning Kevin came at the time he told us he would and check the panel and indeed it was not holding a charge.  He also checked our battery and said it was okay.  He installed the new solar panel in a very short amount of time.  Again, he was informative and courteous. 

We could not have been happier with their services and will definitely use them in the future.  Our neighbors are having a similar problem and we will share our experience with them and hopefully they will use this good company as well.

"I called this company in a panic because the electricity to my pond pump, and living room lights, was out.  The gentleman who returned my call was actually on his day off, but after I told him the problem he agreed to come anyway.  He and his helper  arrived at my home approx. 15 min. later.  This wasn't as simple as a broken circuit, and I showed them  the only breaker switches in the house.  I thought.  They  continued to search and test all over the house, but were determined to find it.  They found the breaker in a switch in my living room!  I had no idea it was even there.  At that point they were able to fix my problem right away.
Since these came immediately, even though it was a day off, I think is extraordinary.  Then they  had to spend quite a bit of time trying to locate the problem.  They didn't intend on leaving until they discovered the reason I wasn't getting power, and indeed they did not!
I happily recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.  He and his helper were extremely kind, though I was no help to them in finding the problem.  They set to work immediately, and did not waste any time while here.  I believe them to be honest and efficient , and considering it was an emergency call, extremely reasonable with their price.

"Usually, I can expect the service person to try to sell me an add-on or something extra with every visit; although, that had gotten better because I complained about that. My 10-year warranty ran out this year, so of course, I was told several things about my system to encourage me to buy a new system or spend lots of money to fix/upgrade this system.
