He advised me to just do it myself since it was such a small job. He could have easily made something up or charged me a fee just to look at it. He saved me a lot of money just by telling me its a small issue that could be easily fixed. Other companies were charging me a minimum fee just to come out. These are areas I have been able to easily clean when I have pressure washed them myself. If he were to clean these areas I would give a better overall rating. Also I would consider using them again."
