"The job went very well, I would say perfect.  Both Mark and Lee arrived on time (Mark is an early bird) and got right to work.  They worked very hard and spoke with me every step of the way, explaining how each phase of the job would be handled.  They made sure that I was happy with the colors of grout that I had chosen by showing  me samples of each shade on the actual tiles before proceeding with the job, which consisted of cleaning the tiles and grout, repairing areas of grout which were damaged, and color sealing the grout.  The floors like brand new and we could not be happier with them.  The shower floor had to be totally re-grouted and it looks beautiful.  The shower wall tiles were re-grouted and color sealed, so the shower now looks the way it is supposed to look,  just lovely and perfect.    I will recommend Groutsmith of Polk County to my neighbors...it seems we are always talking about grout around here.  Florida seems to be the land of tile and grout."

"Gale arrived at the time she said she would be at our home.  She brought all of her own equipment and was ready to get the job done when she got here.  She explained exactly what she would be doing before she began her work.  We have about 1184 square feet of tile and she was able to stain and seal all of it plus the shower walls in about 8 hours, spread over two afternoons.  She was very meticulous and cleaned up after herself.  We did help by moving the furniture for her when needed.  Gale's work is guaranteed for life and if there is ever a problem, all we have to do is give her a call and she will come over and correct the issue.  She also offers a tile cleaning service, but we did not have a need for that at this time.  I would definitely recommend Gale to anyone who is in need of a 'grout facelift'! <br />"

"The workers came right out after they were called and set up their equipment. They told us everything they were going to do and they did it. Anytime we had questions we called them and they would explain to us our concerns. They had to lower the humidity in the house to stop the mold from growing. They ran air scrubbers to take away the mold. They were very careful in removing the wooden floor so the mold wouldn’t spread throughout the rest of the house. They vacuumed the mold up treated and painted the floors. After they were finished the air quality reports came back excellent and we could now start the new plumbing, tile floor. They are awesome. We would recommend them to anyone"
