"Current tankless water heater went down. Called and had a technician at my home within an hour. Technician quickly diagnosed issue. Based on the age of the unit I decided to upgrade to a new unit instead of repairing the old one. New unit was installed the following day. Professional and knowledgeable technician. Fast, friendly, quality service. I’d use them again in a heartbeat."

"Very helpful - answered my call right away. Jim was very knowledgable about my hot water heater problem. Pro Plumbers provided very timely and very professional work to repair my hot water heaters."

"The company Affinity was wonderful. This is the second time we have had the Navien tankless hot water heater repaired. The first time it caused massive damage to the bedroom below. I pleaded with Trendmaker to put the hot water heater on the ground floor. But they stood firm. So we had the tankless heater put in in an effort to avoid just the trouble we experienced. Affinity fixed the heater when it froze during the recent freeze. It is not Affinity's fault but the parts are expensive so the heater is much more expensive to maintain than an ordinary hot water tank that SHOULD be on the ground floor. So I give an A to Affinity for great service and an F to tankless Hot Water Heaters and to Trendmaker for being so stubborn about putting a water tank in the attic."

"I recently had 100% Plumbing Houston install a tankless water heater in my home, and the entire experience was fantastic! From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The technician walked me through the benefits of going tankless, helped me choose the right model, and explained the installation process clearly. On installation day, the team arrived on time, worked quickly, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up afterward, and even showed me how to operate and maintain the new system. The difference in performance is amazing?I have endless hot water and improved energy efficiency. I couldn?t be happier with the upgrade or the service I received. If you?re considering a tankless water heater, I highly recommend 100% Plumbing Houston. Great workmanship, honest pricing, and top-notch customer service!"

"Cole did an excellent job removing my 10 year old water heaters and installing my new tankless Navien 240S water heater. I love this tankless water heater. Cole's craftmanship, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding and will recommend his service to anyone who asks. This is my new go to plumbing company!!"

"Very responsive and was able to get hot water heater replaced same day."

"The gentleman did an okay job at flushing my water heater , however he spilled water in my attic which then leaked over my bathroom and tried to convince me it rained and my roof was leaking. At the end, he hired some guys to replace the ceiling in the bathroom at the company expense."

Usually, the two most important questions you want to be answered are? What?s wrong? ?And? How much is it going to cost? At Luke's Plumbing, we don?t have a problem giving you a price over the phone. Many Houston homeowners who call us are frustrated because they have called other Houston plumbing service companies and have gotten a run-around when it came to getting a price. It is sad to admit that our industry is plagued with plumbers who intentionally will not give you a price or even a ballpark estimate over the phone because they want to get in your home where they can pressure you face to face into spending more than you should. One of the highest numbers of complaints to consumer protection agency is for home improvement and service companies.. Plumbing license: MPL 37466. A/C license: TACLB 53102E. "Perfect. My technician was polite, professional and answered all my questions and concerns. In addition to the water heater flush, he replaced two leaky valves, showing me what the issue was and without being pushy (it may have been okay to wait, but I could see the potential issue myself). Thanks for a job well done and being so pleasant and helpful!!"

"I had a 14 year old water in my attic and after the pilot lite went out for the second time, i decided to get a new heater. I called 1800 plumber at 3 pm and Chad arrived at 5. He went into the attic and re lit the pilot so i would have hot water. Anyway i bought a new heater, which was installed the next morning. Everything was perfect and i highly recommend 1-800-plumber and especially Chad"
