"Rebuilt deck and added a roof over it...not only is it completely maintenance free, but it looks like it was actually a part of the house forever...amazing. Then inside the house all new waterproof vinyl flooring in first floor of the house, and pantry was gutted, a new wider door was installed, a ceiling light and switch was installed and a laundry center was installed with new shelving...all done including even painting and staining. Then the small repairs, new upstairs toilet, fixed garage outlet, added an outside backyard electrical outlet, fixed outside faucet, replaced two light fixtures. Owner was onsite and working every day. The owner, Brad, actually told me to tell him if I didnâ t like something. He said more than once to let him know if I wanted something different. All of the work done exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely hire him again for all future projects. THANK YOU. "We hired Shawn to install some fixtures and fans and remove a small segment of knob and tube wiring in our attic of the house we just purchased. Come to find out, the scope of work was significantly larger than anyone could have guessed. The knob and tube wiring was present through most of the house and required a substantial amount of re-wiring. Additionally, there was a splice of knob and tube into new wiring which had to be traced and removed before any other work could be safely completed. Shawn was incredibly thorough to be sure that all traces of knob and tube were removed from the house. It would have been much easier to ignore many of the problems that came up but Shawn always alerted us to anything that wasn t up to code and made sure it was all done correctly. He was friendly, prompt, and worked with our schedules when he ended up having to come back for multiple days instead of the original plan of one day. "Due to shoddy electrical work in our home since we've been here, a set of 3-way to 4-way to 3-way wall switches were intended to power the light in our front entry hallway. I am not an electrician or electrical engineer, but I understand the concept of this switch arrangement and have successfully replaced a similar switch arrangement elsewhere in our home without any difficulty. We knew that our issue required an expert electrician to diagnose and resolve it. On this date, Steve from Palmer Electric paid a visit to our home to try to solve the problem. After two hours of head scratching and trying different approaches, Steve finally figured out the problem and fixed our issue. We are extremely grateful for Steve's expertise and patience while in our home. I doubt that an inexperienced electrician could have figured this out.
