"Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. I plan to hire him again."

"AMAZING JOB!!!

My dishwasher was leaking and it needed to be replaced. I purchased a new dishwasher from a store and they wanted to charge me $138 to install it. I'm glad I told that store to never mind and I would get someone else to do it for me.

Rick removed my old one, installed my new one, even made a run to Lowes to pick up a part and was still done in under an hour and a half. Plus right before he was about to test out the new dishwasher I had an emergency and had to leave so Rick stayed to test for leaks or any problems and then locked up my home for me when he left. Everything was perfect when I got back.
He even called me the following day to ask if everything was okay and make sure I was completely satisfied. I don't know too many handymen with that level of customer service. Not these days anyway.
