"I had Tim provide me with an estimate for tank and tankless water heater. Got the estimate and picked a tankless option only for the company to get mixed up and install the wrong device. After I informed Tim of the mixup, he was gracious enough to offer various options including removing the wrong device and installing the correct one. I didn’t think that was such a great idea. In the end, we reconciled and moved on. Mistakes happen but Tim rose to the occasion and fixed it. I would choose them to install a tankless water heater on my house again."

"The maintenance was performed on heating unit. After the technician was done, my heat temperature was off on both upstairs and downstairs units. A technician came back out and found that a zone damper motor needed to be replaced. I was quoted $400 but when the tech finished I was charged $497.64. I was charged the diagnostic fee of $80 on top of the damper cost. Before this maintenance my heating was working fine so I seriously question their work. Very disappointed."

He then walked me to the unit to show me what the problem was. This was occurring right before Thanksgiving when I was expecting guests. Zach came out and priced out a couple of options from repair to replacement of the old line along with the risks of choosing one option over another. I went with the repair option. Zach and Eric came out quickly and had the repair completed in a few hours. I was very impressed with the quality of the repair, and they left the yard clean and with my wife's approval (not easy to get). The repair utilized really good quality materials so I have no doubt this leak is fixed! I will have no reservations in using these guys again."
