"A month or so ago our refrigerator stopped working. DK was the first to respond to my quote request and had someone come out that same afternoon. The repairman was able to diagnose and fix the problem in about 15 min. At that time I also asked him to check out the broken ice dispenser, which hadn't been working for quite some time. He also diagnosed that problem, but a new part was needed. That work was scheduled after the part came in and the repair was successful. A few days ago the flap on the ice dispenser stopped closing properly; once again, DK replied promptly to my request and the repairman came within a day and fixed the problem, no charge. DK has consistently been prompt, professional, and very good at communicating. If they say they will call or arrive in a certain time window, that's what happens. If for any reason they are running late, which only happened once by a few minutes, they communicate that, as well. We heartily recommend them and would definitely hire again."

"This is my go-to for appliance services, since my initial service impressions of them with my LG dryer were excellent I called them again for assistance with my LG washer which was having an issue. I told them of an error message "UE" on the washing machine, and was told that they do not repair washers with that particular code. Rep provided me with LG number which was not correct, so called LG directly and asked for additional contacts for service. Was able to find another provider, and went with them. I understand that companies cannot provide service for whatever reason, but would have been nice to see this company have additional companies that provide services (in their high regard) that they could have directed me to. Nonetheless, will continue to contact them in the future, should need arise."

I called the first company but it went to VM and then I called Roman's number which came 2nd in the search. <br /> He promptly picked the phone, came on time next day and replaced the water heater with a new one. <br /> The price he charged my $1050 (which includes the Angie's List discount). I am happy with his service and would recommend him as well. <br /> The reason I gave him a 'B' in quality was because of his handling of installation. The water heater is heavy and I don't think it is a 1-man job, but Roman handled the whole thing himself and though he installed it, it was with quite a few dings to the wall. <br /> However he installed a pan to prevent seepage and also gave a free Carbon Monoxide detector. <br />"
