"Capital Appliance called me right after I applied at Angi for help to repair my GE washer that was squealing whenever water ran in it. "Very pleased with our experience! Making the appointment was a breeze and the service technician, Sam, arrived and quickly assessed our issue, which turned out to be electrical in nature rather than the appliance (oven) itself. Sam was super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Hey patiently explained the situation to us several times so that we would know what to tell our electrician. He even help us by sweeping up the food crumbs behind our oven. I'm so thankful that he came to assist us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We will use MCE again if we need them in the future."
