Small jobs welcome

"Dante was very professional in reviewing the project details with me on site and gave me price options which was simple to understand. He was very prompt with his response. I wasn't able to move forward with the project due to unexpected engine repairs for my vehicle. But I will definitely consider reaching out to him when I decide to proceed to move forward."

"Patrick and his crew were efficient, friendly, professional and hard workers. They were on time, to the minute, the flooring looks wonderful and I would recommend the company to everyone needing flooring-It was all done within a week! I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Actually I would give them 10 stars-and believe me, I have had a lot of companies do work for me-none were better than PK flooring."

"Went very well. Tim is an expert. We agreed on a price, signed contract Sunday, work done Monday. I’m very satisfied with the work performed and also cleaned up, hauled away the scrap. Everyone needs a “go to guy” for home repair and Tim fits the bill. I will hire him again."

"Bill Palomaki and his company Kitchen Pros did a complete remodel of our 20-year old, three story nice home. They successfully designed and built: 1.) new deck areas upgrading to Trex decking for our two deck areas; 2.) sauna and spa room, work shop, fuelwood storage area, fenced pet areas, garage storage shelving, fenced garden area, roof repair, basement work bench area, handyman work fixing things (e.g., electrical) and other projects; 3.) sub-contracting with other companies when needed to complete code compliance work. Kitchen Pros and owner Mr. Bill Palomaki do excellent (I.e., awesome) work. I highly recommend them."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Green Bay, WI

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
