"On the first day I stopped by to see how the project was progressing and noticed that the and quot;crewand quot; was installing new shingle on top of old roof felt, tried to communicate with crew but quickly determined that they did not speak english, went to office and complained to office mgr. Specified that Ice Shield be installed in the hips and valleys, but cannot determone if that was done either. Late in the project I noticed that the shingles along the front of the roof were running at a severe angle to the peak... very noticable...
