And, was able to start quickly. Final project had an integral bench, railings, and lights. Project was complete in five days. Looks beautiful. The work crew was very efficient and Donald was at the site daily and communicated well. Clean up was excellent. Highly recommend J Ingram Contractors for decks and porches."

"Mr. Ratner faced a few challenges building our addition, mainly receiving approval for the building permit from the county. He persevered and was able to pull it off. We appreciated how attentive he was regarding the safety of our family during construction. He made certain his sub contractors did an impeccable job cleaning up before they left for the day so that our children did not step on a nail or anything of the like. Our addition turned out more beautiful than we had ever imagined. Another point to note- Mr. Ratner was not only expeditious with responding to our calls/texts, but swiftly corrected all mistakes (very minor mistakes) made and did not settle until we were satisfied. "We built our home some 40 years ago. We had All In Builders Construction Corporation come in and renovate two separate buildings. In an old work space above a 3-car garage they installed an apartment including a living room, bed room, kitchen, bath room and closet. In the second building they renovated two rooms into living areas. In both buildings, the results were essentially PERFECT, beautiful in every detail from the stucco and painting, the trim work, door installations, addition of a split AC system, wiring, and plumbing. The workers were actually craftsmen and gentlemen. My wife and I have been around construction all of our lives and have witnessed the horrors of fighting builders and their subs. "If you ever heard of a horse whisperer, then Todd is a house whisperer. We hired him to do a number of things needed to get insurance on an old house we purchased. He got everything done literally the day after we moved in and came in under budget. And the insurance agency was able to sign off on the repairs needed to maintain the insurance policy less than a week after moving in. We couldn't be happier. He also identified a number of crucial repairs that our original inspector (from a different company) missed. For example, the original inspector found two issues with the electrical and that is part of what we hired Todd to fix. When Todd was fixing this with his crew, they found several other electrical fire hazards in the attic and went ahead and fixed them without addition charges. For another example of spotting something the original inspector missed, a support beam was removed and is missing from the front porch where the roof is now beginning to tilt and fall without support. This is very noticeable now that it has been pointed out to me but it was missed by the original inspector. Todd noticed it right away and gave us a fair estimate on how much it would be to repair. Additionally, after completing the work we needed for insurance, Todd was able to offer new four point and wind mitigation inspection paperwork to further lower our insurance cost. I highly recommend Todd's services for work needed. Go with him for the original inspection before buyinge a house. He has a seasoned eye for this stuff and shows a sincere attitude to provide the best service for his clients and isn't trying to push any services. And when it came to getting the repairs done we needed for insurance on the house we just purchased, he got it done literally in one day after we moved in. And went above and beyond fixing additional things not noted by the insurance company paperwork without additionally charges. Like I said, he came in under budget and then saved us money on insurance. We are pleased with the work and will be using his company for a number of other projects in the future such as remodeling a bathroom."

The final remodel is absolutely gorgeous!  I am an artist, so designed almost all the elements that went into the project. The builder was willing to listen to all of my design ideas, and contributed ideas of his own to enhance the project, or to solve mechanical necessities. He was very patient and allowed me to hand select each floor and wall tile, and its placement, so that  my vision of the finished room was fulfilled.
  Every aspect of the job received the full attention of the builder and his assistant. Every step of the remodel was given the same
quality of workmanship to ensure that the overall project was perfect. I never felt that any job, big or small was rushed just to get on with the job and finish. I always felt that I had the exclusive services of the builders to customize my remodel exactly the way I wanted it.
  The craftsmanship of the tile placement and the finishing details is exceptional. I have had compliments on the quality of it from other professional painters and my brother, who is a contractor who lives out of town. The years of professional experience are evident in the beautiful, clean and accurate installation of each fixture, cabinet, and tile.
 The builder was very conscientious about getting my approval of the work at each step, to make sure I was satisfied. I was also kept up to date every day about what work was completed, and what part of the project would occur next. I made the selection of all the tiles, cabinets, paint color, tub, and fixtures. Most of these the builder then purchased and transported to the job site. I also ordered some things to add, The builder Kevin was very accommodating to working closely with my input to the project. I feel that he would be good at guiding a homeowner who needed more help with the design phase of their project. I know I am the exception with being able to design so much of my remodel.
  The builders were willing to divert their efforts to other home repairs I requested while on the remodel project.
 Kevin and his assistant completed almost all of the work themselves. The shower glass installation, stone counter tops, and painting were handled by other professionals that CCS building trusts and has used in the past. Their work and installation was supervised by Kevin or his assistant for quality assurance.
   CCS Builders was recommended to me by two of my neighbors who had extensive home remodels completed by Kevin and his assistant..  I did not shop around for anyone else. The quality and trustworthiness of my contractor means much more to me than saving a few dollars.  This remodel is one I will enjoy for years to come.  The beauty and quality of workmanship has greatly added to the value of our home. I would highly recommend CCS Builders to anyone  who is looking for personal attention and excellent craftsmanship to their finished remodel.
