"We called Quality Services and Stephen came out the next day. He looked at the room and dropped off the estimate the following day (handwritten and very specific). We were in a hurry - guests were coming, so they were kind enough to fit us in quickly. The work took about two weeks. They were very professional - these guys have been doing this for a long time. They put paper down so they wouldn't track dirt in our house (like my house was clean, right?). They even got along with the dogs.( This was our second good experience with this company - they fixed our porch for us about 10 years ago.) The guy who did the paint and trim was a wizard. "We wouldn’t consider using anyone else. The buck stops with Frank; he supervises the work himself and came to rectify minor issues that we had after the work was done. He prides himself on his work and satisfied customers are his ultimate goal. He's very laid back and a calming and cheerful presence in the midst of the upheaval a new roof inevitably entails. An example of his going above and beyond: we thought there was some leakage into a house and Frank came down specifically to check it out. Before we arrived to meet him (it was my mother’s house) he got up on the roof and blew out the gutters for us. It turned out rain was blowing in through a gable vent and Frank offered to have a hood fabricated and shipped to us for us to install. Who else would have taken the trouble to rectify a problem not of his making? We recommend him without reservation."

"We have worked with this contractor for about 10 years and he is our go to person for any type of remodelling or repairs. Over the years he has built a lanai, extended and remodelled the kitchen, built an attic room, installed spot lighting outdoors, built a 3 car garage, added a staircase, replaced roofing, converted attached garage into a laundry and exercise room, extended the driveway; repathed outside paths, built an outdoor patio and probably many other things I'm forgetting. 
The reason we always contract to Kevin is he is exceptionally creative, visionary and helpful when it comes to achieving the look we want. His work is high quality, meticulous and always completed in a timely way. There is always a flourish added that we just wouldnt have come up with ourselves and he takes pride in making sure everything is just right and follows up afterwards to see if anything is needing tweaked. Granite, wood, tiling, whatever... it all turns out beautiful! 
 His subcontractors and  assistants have always been very courteous, friendly and trustworthy. Some of the work was completed when we were on vacation.  Kevin's team is also animal friendly! On more than one occasion they've corraled the dogs or helped relocate one runaway!
