The electrician went to check and stayed at the property for less than 5 mins after confirmation to do full diagnostic of the electrical system. I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."

"Tile installation was GREAT, problem, contractor cut all tiles on the floor of the bathroom, didn’t bother to cover my vanity, tub, or sections of the floor. In addition, I am sure I observed them loading 2-3 boxes of my tiles in there truck, they finished and left in a hurry, like they just robbed a bank. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. Nevertheless ,Brad and I concurred that replacing the pump now was the wiser choice. He offered to go to his supplier to secure a new pump and return to install it the same day which saved me some money and eliminated redundant work.He returned with a top of the line Liberty and completed the installation the same day which I appreciated. Brad and his partner Jose are very experienced young plumbers and I will definitely use them in handling my future plumbing needs."
