"There was a wind storm in DC that caused some of the shingles on my roof to be damaged and I called and scheduled an appointment with Keith Roofing to assess the damage. Quite a few homes in the area sustained roof or structural damage and I was pleased that Keith Roofing was able to schedule an appointment so quickly. On the day of the appointment, the roofer arrived on time and determined that some of the nails had dislodged and caused some of the shingles to lift away from the roof. He nailed and sealed the lifted shingles and, as a bonus, cleaned out my clogged gutters. I appreciate the professionalism and workmanship and if I need any roof repairs in the future, I'll reach out to Keith Roofing."

"The team did a great job and the team lead (Donnie) went above and beyond. Our porch has a very large shingled gazebo roof that has a daunting slope, and Donnie volunteered an idea to fashion a metal cone for the top that really improves the look and aesthetic, and he personally clambered up there to help create and install it. "It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

"This work was done under warranty related to a major project R&M did in 2010.  The major hale storm in the summer of 2010 badly damaged our roof and aluminum siding.  R&M was selected to replace the roof and the siding.  The total job was in excess of $25,000; fortunately it was covered by our insurance policy.
We were very pleased by the earlier work. So, for this work I called R&M thinking we would be paying for a small project.  Kyle Hoffman, president and owner of Roofing & More, came and personally inspected the damage.  He made a video of the damage and described what needed to be done.  The video was then sent to the office via the Internet and a request was made for a technician to come as soon as one was available.  While sitting in our kitchen Kyle checked the office records via phone .  He then told us that the work was under warranty from the initial job and that there would be no cost to us.
The technician came in less than an hour, he knew exactly what to do, and he did it quickly.  He was professional and polite.

"My townhouse is over 25 years old and still had the original builder roof. I started thinking about replacing it since a few of my neighbors had their roofs replaced mainly due to a recent storm that blew shingles off their homes. Being a super busy homeowner, I haven't had the time to even think of it so I put it on the back burner until... Michael Anthony arrived at my house to talk to me about replacing my old worn out roof. Our discussion detailed HCR ‘s roof replacement system - an education for me since all I thought was the old shingles were taken off the roof and new ones stapled on. Let me tell you roof replacement with HCR is not like that at all. Michael explained each step of the system to me. First, the old shingles are scraped off the roof. Then a 2mm barrier shield Is layed over the plywood sub roof to keep out moisture, and then the shingles are nailed on - three nails per shingle. This, he told me, would anchor the shingles so that in case of high winds they would not blow off. Did I tell you about the warranty? My new roof will not give me any worries for at least 25 years and it is transferable to a new owner of my townhouse should I ever decide to sell it. Oh yeah, if a shingle does blow off, they will come and repair it. Peace of mind! The HCR crew was very professional. They started scraping the old shingles off just as soon as they arrived at my job site. After all the old worn out shingles were off the roof, the fun began. It was amazing to me to watch a crew member swiftly carry each package of shingles up a very tall ladder to the roof. By the time all the packages were on top of the roof, the barrier shield was laid out. Then each single shingle was laid down and nailed. After all shingles were in place, the crew cleaned up the debris in my yard and in my neighbors’ yards. My new roof looks amazing! Michael contacted me on the day of the install to check on the progress. All went well! I now have a very beautiful roof that I don't have to worry about replacing for at least 25 years. When you see an HCR representative in your neighborhood, talk to him. You will be glad you did!!"
