Elijah and his team are responsive, come with great ideas, are professional, and they utilize an easy to review project system that was really cool (as you walk with them, they can add or remove items to your quote and it tracks it all). We started our project in March and the rain was a pain, but many times they pushed through since they knew we had a pool opening date that we were trying to keep. We took ‘go big or go home to heart.’ Had not planned on the enclosed patio below but when Clint sent us the mock-up designs we were all in. When I say all in, we did the Trex Signature cable rails with accent lights, straight walkout from upstairs (required a creative roof change), Trex Rain Escape, and custom Eze Breeze windows for the patio. Post completion we went back and asked for a flooring add, exterior walkway add and two more projects are pending our budget. Phoenix delivered as promised, showed up when promised, and stood behind their word. We always knew where we were with the timeline and someone either answered the phone or called us back whenever we reached out. The entire team works great together and their communication skills met every expectation we had. We really could not have asked for better. Highly recommend."
