"Isaac was a pleasure to work with. They captured my vision for my condo perfectly. I had major work done (Had two bathrooms renovated completely (remove a bathtub and extend the shower and make a closet in one of them), tear out the hard wood floors and polish the concrete, paint the kitchen cabinets and install a backsplash and put in new carpeting in the bedrooms and paint the whole place. "The work was done well overall, but I had to remove some large concrete pieces from the sloping areas around the edges. The original diggers had buried these close to the surface, which would have made landscaping impossible. This was not Jerry's fault, as they did not follow his instructions to break these up, and add them to the substrate rock under the patio base. There were delays due to the very bad weather, out of his control, but the re-scheduling needs could have been communicated better, in my opinion."
