Our lawn had been saturated from the rains and there was some damage during installation which was taken care of with no hassle. The system is running perfectly and they were great in the setup and "how to" department."

She proposed an idea for the yard's design that was quite appealing. Following the consultation, I received a rendering of her proposal. Lily worked with me, answered all my questions, and provided photos of gardens that had the "feel" of my project. The crew arrived and tackled my unkempt yard removing weeds, old mulch material and soil to make way for the 3 inches of pea gravel, edging and new mulch! They even tidied up my crepe myrtle and repurposed the river rock at the curbside (I thought those stones would be trashed!). The transformation gave my home an instant "facelift"! I can't wait to begin my container gardening which is the finishing touch that Lily inspired. I would definitely use MA Landscape & Design again!"

Problems they supposedly had resolved were not, but Kevin took the time to explain what he found and why the problem (mice) still existed. He put out traps and poisons to rid the mice, and immediately scheduled a follow up to ensure everything was taken care of and another just for maintenance. All covered under the service contract. Plus, if you use them for lawn care (also excellent service) as well the initial fee is waived."
