"If you need a bathroom done, call someone else. We noticed water leaking outside the shower walls. We called. The first fix was them putting dry wall putty into a wet hole without finding the problem. My finger went right through the hole.They randomly half caulked one side of the shower wall panels.Days later, water continues to leak, and we lifted up the flooring to discover the flooring and subfloor had been soaked from the leaking shower. They come back. Cut out the drywall and caulk the entire shower that WAS NEVER CAULKED TO BEGIN WITH, we had to request they do this.Owner stated it wasn't mold, even though it wouldn't come off. Every time we had them come back, it looked worse. After they said they"fixed" everything, they did not replace the trim. Left paint on the floors, a screw from the new drywall is exposed after sanding and painting it and various pant chips. I've never seen a company rush to get a job done in all my life. We had to call them to come back and finish the initial job. We saved for years, YEARS FOR THIS REMODEL, and we SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. Never again will I have a contractor come to my home."

I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4.
