"We recently had a new shower installed by West Shore Home. They tore out a shower and a bathtub and replaced it with a much larger shower and a small space that we intend to use as linen closet. I would like to talk a little bit about our installer crew. Jake N. was the acting on site Foreman, Brynn, Matt, and John worked with him to complete the installation. I cannot praise them enough. They were so customer focused and dedicated to making sure that we got the shower that we had requested. They treated our home with such respect, making sure that it was clean. When you look at the videos on their website about how the job is done step by step, stage by stage making sure that everything is done correctly. The job took a little longer than expected because of a miscommunication with the salesperson for the project. When we noted the issue it was so pleasing to see how they reacted immediately. They brought a supervisor out to review the work and he made a couple of really great decisions. He stated to us don't worry we will make it right. And that is exactly what they did. Everything was done to our expectations and the resulting shower is of such high quality and the craftsmanship so solid I am sure that this shower will be a very very important selling point when we resell this house. The value of the shower the thing installed is well in keeping with the price of the work. It is a professional job and it has enhanced the value of our home. I wish we could rate this higher but I stand by everything that I've said. This is a wonderful and reliable company. They communicate well in advance of the work and follow up once the work is complete. Well done and thank you. It isn't very often that you see a company that is so willing to stand by their pledge of customer satisfaction. All I can say is they have truly proven their honesty and commitment to making sure that a customer receives exactly what they ordered."

They renovated the entire upper floor of our house. They installed new laminate flooring and painted our walls, doors, and baseboards. "We had a fantastic experience working with Adrian Amezquita with Maz Contractor Services. We obtained multiple quotes for the work but they were competitive and could handle the variety of work we were looking to do. They did a complete bathroom model on both our master (new shower glass, granite counter, and a new coating of epoxy on the tub which made it look brand new) and guest (complete demo of tub/shower replaced by walk-in with ceramic tile, glass doors, and sea glass accents, new quartz countertop) bathrooms, Adrian helped with design advice and we couldn't be happier with the end product. Adrian's crew also performed interior paint in both our kitchen and master bedroom (in addition to painting both bathrooms), but probably the most impressive piece of work is the transition of a lattice door overhang in the back, they framed it in solid, shingled it, and you can't even tell it wasn't original with the house. Throughout the whole process, Adrian kept in constant communication. He would text us to let us know who was coming when and what work was expected to take place. The entire job only took about two weeks. Overall, we were very pleased and would absolutely use them again and highly recommend! Grand total at the end of the job $15,800."

"Excellent! - The project manager Zach and Ellie are very professional, nice and easy to work with. - The quotes are detailed and when we added things on (fixing a squeaky floor, replacing the ladder to our attic) they provided an estimate upfront. - The price was very reasonable and the quality was very high. - We had some unexpected plumbing issues when we opened up the walls and the plumber and Zach were able to come up with a very good solution. - The tiling team was outstanding - they were careful about centering the pattern on the shower benches and nooks. - The also had to move an AC vent and sheetrock over an old doorway. They matched the paint perfectly and you can't tell that there was ever a doorway."
