"From estimate to completion, everything was great! An estimate was given without me having to be there AND without having to put my dog in his kennel. (That was the 1st great thing) I received a phone call & email to make sure everything was explained. I had lots of questions & each of them was addressed quickly & without making me feel like I was bothering them. Once we decided on using AGAN, they set up an install date. The installation guys showed up on time & ready to work. I was quoted 2-3 days for completion & they finished in 2 days (even with my neighbor forgetting to leave their dogs in the house which halted demo day). The end result is a gorgeous fence! "They arrived on time and advised the most logical placement of the fixtures. The deal was for the install of 4 recessed lights at $499 and I wanted two extra, which they charged an extra $340 for. I thought this was a little high since they were already cutting holes and running wire and the cost of the actual LED light fixtures is only about $25 at Home Depot, but I needed it done, so I went ahead with it. They also had to drill two extra holes in my kitchen ceiling where no lights were placed in order to run the wire because of the way the beams in my kitchen ceiling ran. They did this without telling me, but since I already needed to have sheet rock repair done on my kitchen ceiling, it was not a big deal. The only real complaint I have about the work was that they left quite a bit of mess behind (sheet rock dust and pieces). Overall, I think they did a good job and I would hire them again."

"I've been needing to have large, overgrown trees in my yard trimmed.  But, I'm on a very tight budget.  Texas Tree Trimming was running a special for Angie's List members: $199 for $400 credit toward tree service.  After reviewing the company, I decided to give them a call.  I'm very happy that I did.
Eric, the owner, arrived with a crew of 2 men at noon.  They inspected both trees I wanted to have trimmed, and discussed what needed to be done to them.  They immediately got to work trimming and shaping the trees.  Both trees now look great!  They no longer impede with my home's roof, and have been trimmed so that I won't have that problem in the future.
For an additional $100, the company cut, bundled, tied, and loaded all the debris on a flat bed, and hauled it away.  They did a marvelous job - I have not seen a single branch, or even twig for that matter, that they missed during clean up!
Besides providing great service, I found both Eric and his staff to be very personable.  I will definitely use them again for any tree trimming needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
