The next time he came with a helper and they did a good job, my sprinklers are working much better. He suggested a couple of changes to the system which I agreed to. He was supposed to come do the work within the next ten days on a day of his convenience since I didn't need to be home. He never came. After a couple of weeks, I called him and left a message. The call was never returned.

"This is the second time I hired them since they did a good job the first time when I had my deck replaced with pavers. The problem I have with them is that the workers do not know how to plant plants. several of the of plants died. I had to replant at least 5 plants. When I was replanting (one blew out of its hole on a windy day) I found that they only dug the holes just big enough for the plant to fit then plopped the plant in. They were very sickly looking until I replanted. Also, a friend of mine just recently used them to re-do pavers, she had her dogs come in stinking of poo. She then found a spot behind her shed where one of the workers pooped and left their wipes right there. They could have at least buried it or put it in a bag to put in the garbage. Needless to say it ended up being a job of cleaning 3 dogs and the mess itself."

"It took three scheduled attempts for EC Lawn Care to get to my yard in Tigard, Oregon; but when they did, they went straight to work and did not stop until the job was done. They did a great job!!"

"I got a deal for 8 hours of clean-up for $250.  I have a big yard and didn't expect them to get everything done, but 8 hours by professionals is probably 15-20 hours by me, so it was a good deal.
In general, they got a lot done and did it fairly well.  I gave them a B on quality though because there were times when a few seemed to be looking for something to do to fill their time, but there was a section of the yard that they didn't touch.  As I said, I didn't expect them to do it all, but it seemed like they were kind of milling around for the last small portion of my purchased time when there was an area full of weeds.  It was just odd, but they didn't damage plants and carried away a ton of fallen pine-needles, pine cones and other debris, so I was happy with the service.

"The gentleman who came out was very informative, and spent the time not only to winterize our sprinkler system, but also told us how to fix a busted sprinklerhead (due to miscommunication from Martin, he did not have all his tools since he thought he was only doing winterizing today), and showed me (physically and via diagrams) how to turn everything back on this Spring. Very professional, and zero complaints about being out in rainy 20 degree weather! Thanks!"
