He was strongly recommended by a friend and Realtor. The roof was leaking and Rufus immediately sent members of his team to tarp the leaking part of the roof It was an old roof and overdue for replacement. The new roof was applied after installing several damaged plywood sheets. We no longer live in the Portland area so this had to handled long-distance. We have confidence in their professionalism."

"Workers were very polite and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and were tidy the 3 1/2 days on site. Rich Dunne was very responsive when issues arose and made accommodations when requested. We decided at the last minute to replace our roof windows. Didn't even get a quote before-hand - we were that comfortable we were not going to be gouged. And we weren't. I carefully reviewed work as it was performed and found it to be truly quality work. By the way - we had many estimates but Rich was the one we chose because there was no guesswork. No speculation. Worst case scenario price was provided. Given the horrible condition our roof was in, that was comforting. I highly recommend this company.

"I have used NW Shine 3 times and both times have gone well. My roof had a lot of moss on it. The first time they had to clean moss off the roof of my house and treat it. The second and third times they treated the roof and cleaned the gutters. The third time they switched to a new treatment solution that lasts two years, so it will be nice having to wait a little longer between treatments. Since they cleaned and treated my roof, I have not had any moss on it. Overall, I think their price is good and they are able to respond pretty quickly to service requests. This last time they were able to come out within a few days. I also like that they will send me annual service reminders."

"Carlos couldn't have been better.  The roof is very steep and not visible from the ground.  We haven't had anything done to it in its 9 year life so we wanted the roof inspected and appropriate repairs made.  Carlos gave me a call when he was on the way.  He checked the roof and found no problems, but did give me some information about roof treatments (they don't do spray treatments.)  He also checked the gutters (they also do gutter cleaning) at my request, but the foam inserts were fine and nothing needed to be done.  AND he refused payment for his time as he considered this to be an estimate.  We will definitely us Roof Rx when we do have a roof or gutter problem!

"I received a quick response from Clear Vision late fall in regards to replacing my roof. At that time they were booking 8-12 weeks out with my job expected to begin end of March or early April. I received a call early February and due to a winter that had been dryer than normal to this point they were able to start mid February. The materials were delivered on Valentines Day and they began the next day. The total time to tear off and replace my roof was a day and a half. Workers were very professional and prompt and their maintenance during and clean up after the job were extremely well orchestrated."
