UPDATE - 2/4/2015 - They did come to my home and provided an estimate and plan for lighting our back yard and deck. 6 lights were included in our original purchased deal. Their proposal was for the original 6 lights plus another $1500 worth of lighting. I like their plan but we weren't prepared to spend the additional money at this time. They came out yesterday and installed just the initial 6 lights. They arrived on time and the work they did is wonderful. Our deck is beautifully lit now and I am very happy. While this relationship got off to a rocky start, they made it right and we will hire them again when we're ready to finish the back yard lighting. Also - the deal was supposed to be for the front of the house - but that wasn't clear when I bought the deal - so they allowed us to use our 6 lights on the deck. I'm sure they want the front so that they can show off their work - and that makes sense to me - as their work is worth showing off. I would now highly recommend this company."

"We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. Proactive communication, arrived on-time as expected. Called before he came by. Mark proved to be trustworthy, and followed-through on everything he said he would do. "M&G was the last electrical contractor we contacted to do the electrical work in our basement finishing project. The estimate was spot on. They were a bit cheaper than the other contractors we contacted, but Jason was very personable and we decided to hire them for the project. They worked with our timeline, which spanned approximately 4 months. I did all the work myself, so finishing the basement took a bit longer than expected. The wiring was very professional and he worked with us on adding in an extra light and another receptacle. The inspector came by and was impressed with the wiring work. Although it took us longer to finish the drywall and paint, Jason was able to come and finish the electrical work within a week of us letting him know we were almost done painting. He found some burnt wires in the electrical panel and fixed it with no extra charge. It's nice to have an electrician that is professional, informative, and safety-minded. Final electrical inspection was the next day, and needless to say we passed. We plan on using them again when we have other electrical projects!
