"Millerville's Plumbing arrived AHEAD OF TIME and waited patiently for me to get home. They were at my door at 12:30 pm for a 2-5 pm appointment, so they were super anxious to finish for the week end or very efficient in completing the jobs scheduled that morning! Regardless, they were punctual to a fault.  Once I met with them to discuss the work, they assessed what had to be done, explained their better solution and got right to the job. In twenty minutes I had a new outside hose faucet to replace the one done in by the 'blizzard of 2016'. "Forget Len the Plumber. Use Eric Straus instead. He is efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. Due to a knee replacement, I needed a higher toilet and a grab bar. ASAP. I called Eric in the morning. Everything was done by late afternoon. He purchased the toilet for me and took the old one to the dump. He's friendly. You won't be disappointed in him. He's a gem."

"The kitchen drain was snaked but a vent and a clean out needed to be installed. The company that did my kitchen remodel did not do a good job. After they installed a vent and clean-out the line was snaked again. A few days later I noticed Water in another part of the house. It was a leak in the main stack. It seemed that the cast iron pipe had rusted and with the snaking, it developed a hole. My house was built in the 1920?s and this was the original stack. These plumbers were able to do it all and at a great price. Much, much less than I would have paid through some of the other plumbing companies. I will use these guys again and again. Everything was explained and I saw the problems with the pipes. I was impressed that they showed up when they said they would and if they were running a little late they would call. They are able to do the job quickly and effectively. They are and A+ in my book.

"We came home from shopping and discovered our water heater was leaking. I called James because we were happy with the work he had done earlier this year. I called him late afternoon and we discussed replacing the tank, which was about 12 years old. He asked about the type heater we had now and because I was unsure he asked if I could take a photo and text it to him. I did so and he quoted me a price and arrived early the next morning. I was really impressed that instead of bringing the heater and equipment through the house, he and his assistant brought it down our very steep hill and brought it in, where it was to be installed. They arrived on time, installed it and cleaned up and left everything in great condition. Happy with the job."

"Pohlman Brothers created a basement bathroom in my daughter's house. They excavated the concrete floor and ground to install drain pipes and moved an existing laundry sink. They installed piping as well as a tub/shower, toilet, and sink. They are very professional, flexible, and provide excellent workmanship. All of their work was permitted and passed inspection. "We got them from Angie’s List. He came at the agreed time. He explained on what could be done and left us a brochure about it. He no longer had the color we preferred but that couldn’t be helped. He had thought that he might be able to align the bathtub with the same stuff. It turned out that he did not have the right mould for that. Our bathtub was smaller than what he thought it was going to be. He measured very carefully and told us. Then when the man came to actually install it, he was very efficient and explained it all. He did a nice job and he cleaned up everything. We were very happy with him. We thought the price was reasonable but we have nothing to compare it with."
