The Exterior Arts crew removed the stone on the entire chase, replaced the eroding OSB shell underneath and some framing, and covered the chase with siding that I selected. "What a great experience. Four Seasons crew were awesome. very professional and on time. Don provided an exact quote of the work to be done. I asked Don to change my quote 4-5 times as my ideas changed trying to imaging our deck. Don was very happy to update our estimate until we were happy with our design. First, he made sure he knew what I needed and came up with building custom shelves that fit into an otherwise wasted space allowing me to free up floor space and organize art and office supplies. He was professional in every way and completed the shelves very quickly. "He was building during a rainy month, so it took longer than he said. It was completely understandable. When he couldn't work because of the weather, he called to let us know.  Even though it wasn't his fault, he upgraded the siding to one more expensive than he quoted to make it up to us.  The only category that I didn't give him an A in was his responsiveness.  If I emailed or texted him with a question, sometime it took two or three days to get back to me, but he always thoroughly answered my question. <br />"
