"I hired to remove my ceiling texture and paint in my living room and upstairs hallway. The upstairs hallway is technically not finished and there were a lot of damages done to my home. One man showed up to do the work. he did not really tarp off anything. He made a huge mess in the process covering my porch, new front doors, kitchen, and all my carpeting in dust. They had to sub out my project to another company. Mr Handyman paid a cleaner to come and clean my carpets. The company they used did not get the dust out of my carpet because a few days later I vacuumed and pulled out ~2 lbs of white dust from my carpets. They also tried to clean my front doors with cleaner that was too strong and stripped the finish on my doors. They paid a second company to come a remediate the floor work. They also restained my deck since we could not get the white cast off it. They terminated our relationship telling me to keep final payment. I was quoted over 9k, I paid ~4.5k and still have damages."

After lots of big promises and regular communication, the calls dropped off and the fact that there was no method to the madness became clear. Once construction began, they started deviating from the engineering plans with out engineer or county approval, they skipped required inspections, and the quality of the work of the subcontractor they selected for framing was just awful. When we raised concerns we were told to "trust the process." After their negligence resulted in rain leaking into our existing home not once but twice! we gave them 2 weeks to fix the myriad of issues that had arisen by that point. 2 weeks later we terminated our contract, with most of the issues still unresolved. We're currently pursuing filing a complaint with the construction contrac"

We offer awnings ( stationery and motorized ) , patio covers, screen rooms, motorized and non-motorized shades and custom pergolas.
"The cover to our patio looks great, but ... to install the three posts. they needed to cut into the existing stone patio. After the cover was installed, they did an inadequate job replacing the stones around two of the three posts. I went to the office to pay for the work, told them of this problem, and they told me to send photos and they would get it addressed. I've sent photos (twice), but they have ignored my requests. Lesson learned: don't pay until you are completely satisfied."
