It should be notes that the old flooring was incorrectly glued, making the task very tedious and difficult. The result is that you can't tell where the repair is without knowing its location. "Shawn is a good guy who did a nice job for a decent price. My only complaint is he didn't get the gates up straight, so they bow out a bit at the bottoms and in at the tops. He'd probably come back to fix them, if I insisted, but it might mean digging up the posts and a lot more work and, more important to me, I'm just too busy right now with moving to deal with it. It did make us nervous to give him 1/2 of the money in advance as so many people have gotten ripped off down here since Katrina/Rita. But he showed up, worked hard, and did a good job."
