"I needed a partial repair from my tenant's veal tiles including a subfloor prior to inspection for sale. Rob was responsive and eager to come out to look at the job. He brought his wife/partner Nora who took notes. They were professional and personable. They decided that an hourly rate would be best due to the unknowns. They were out within 24 hours prepared. They were very eager to help me out. At the jobs end the tile did not match the height at the edges and extra glue was built up with in order to meet the old tiles squarely. It did not dry and hold up and glue was seeping out within the drying time. therefore I wrote of the problem in an email. The next day, I received a detailed answer to my concerns point by point which explained the job complexity and expressed an apology that I was not pleased. They came out to look at the job and we came up with another way to tackle the problem areas. They agreed to fix it .for a very small fee for the additional hours. I am happy with the job and the way that they professionally addressed my concerns and willingness to make it right. They wanted to make sure that I was pleased. "the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty.
