Told me the manuals for the swing arm and controls were in the box & they are not. Said they were coming last week to address my concerns and I haven't seen them - doubtful I ever will. Yes, they were the least expensive but the $5k+ spent purchased me a useless driveway decoration that's going to have to be ripped out so someone competent can come and do what I paid them to do.
