"Ryan did the initial review and estimate on 7/19/17. He was on time, knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. He provided multiple quotes for replacement of the entire HVAC system, but that was out of our budget at this time. We decided to proceed with just replacement and repair as needed; this also included replacement of all air registers, a larger return, and proper sizing of the ductwork (we have a 3.5 ton system for a house which really only requires 2 tons--we have no idea why).
